Our magnets are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns, UNLESS you are not completely satisfied with you order. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
