As our magnets are custom made to order, we typically do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at hello.magnetmakerz@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receiving it and let us know right away if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and ensure it’s resolved to your satisfaction.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
